About The Dynamo Project
The Dynamo Project is an independent, not-for-profit, charitable organisation. Based in Coventry, we offer support for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with addiction, whether it be drugs and/or alcohol misuse. In addition, we also recognise the importance of support for anybody who has a loved one or somebody close to them currently suffering with addiction issues and we try our best to help all those affected by addiction.
No member of staff who works within the project will proclaim to have all the answers. Our approach is not based on telling anybody what to do or how to do something. We are here to support you in your journey. We are totally committed to aiding recovery from addiction.
We believe in you. We believe both in your right and your ability to live life free from substance abuse. We are here to help you make that happen.

Creating a brand for The Dynamo Project
The brief from The Dynamo Project was to create an edgy brand that shows the often dark reality of drug and alcohol misuse. Typically, charities within the sector take a familiar, uninspiring, clean and considered approach, in contrast to the reality of life.
The Dynamo project wanted to reflect the struggles of real people dealing with misuse but in a modern and approachable way. The brand is mainly targeting individuals between the ages of 15-35 ,so it was important to create a look that fell between approachable and caring and modern and forward-thinking.
A simple colour palette of black, white and bright green created a strong and impactful look that over time became synonymous with the project.
The new brand was translated to a fully-responsive Squarespace website, with blogging facility, service specific online enquiry forms and testimonials.
To accompany the website, Create Onsight designed an A5 promotional flyer, corporate stationery, business cards and clothing. The result is an edgy, modern brand that reflects the work that The Dynamo Project does to provide help to individuals in their time of need.
